Message	-I wanted a Yamaha this time, they don't make a 750cc superbike (in the US at least). The Suzuki gixxer 750 is the only 750 I would consider and it's uncomfortable to me. -600 is the most competitive and easiest class to start racing in. -I'm more interested in handling characteristics than straight line speed, so the R6 is superior to the liter bikes in that respect. -Even though I'm a pretty big guy, the bike is plenty fast. Faster than I'll ever need, really. -Price is right. Parts are cheap and readily available. Volare senz ali [To fly without wings] "Keep the shiny side up"
